Modern brands are drowning in disconnected tools. Legacy ERPs are slow, expensive, and rigid. We’re building something faster, smarter, and modular — a system that actually helps operators make real-time decisions across inventory, marketing, finance, and logistics. You’ll help scale the backend + AI automation layer — working across APIs, data infra, and real-world messiness. Think: purchase orders, Shopify syncs, Slack threads, freight timelines — all stitched together into clean, intelligent actions. 🛠️ What You’ll Actually Do • Build backend systems (FastAPI, Node.js, Spring Boot) for inventory + ops intelligence • Develop LLM pipelines (LangChain, RAG, VectorDBs) to parse messy inputs like emails and PDFs • Architect event-driven workflows (Lambda, Step Functions, Kinesis, S3) • Integrate with Slack, Shopify, QuickBooks, 3PLs, and more • Ship fast, talk to users, and iterate often • Build CI/CD pipelines, containerize services, optimize async data flows ✅ What We’re Looking For • 2–4+ years backend or full-stack experience • Strong in Python, Node.js, or Java • Hands-on with LangChain, RAG, or Hugging Face pipelines • Experience with real-time, event-driven systems (Kafka, Celery, etc) • Comfortable with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Vector DBs • Strong DevOps habits (Docker, CI/CD, observability, cloud infra) • Bonus: Shopify APIs, QuickBooks integrations, Slack bots ⚙️ Our Stack • Python, FastAPI, Node.js, LangChain, TypeScript • PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, VectorDBs • AWS Lambda, Step Functions, CloudFront, S3 • Kafka, Celery, RabbitMQ • Slack, Shopify, QuickBooks APIs • Docker, GitLab CI, Terraform (optional) 🧬 You’ll Fit If You... • Want ownership, not just tasks • Think in systems and write code that can grow • Have zero ego but high standards • Like building in the real world — where edge cases are the norm • Care about helping brands ship better products, faster 🛒 Suno Analytics Suno is the AI-native backend for commerce operations.
