About the role
We are seeking a Founding GTM (B2B) hire to scale sales for an early-stage, AI-driven personalization startup. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a seed-stage company with secured funding and paying customers already onboard. Youβll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to build the sales process from scratch and drive growth.
Weβre looking for someone with 2β4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. If you thrive in fast-paced startup environments and want to have real ownership in shaping go-to-market strategy, this role is for you.
What youβll do
β’ Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, demos, and closing deals.
β’ Build and manage a robust pipeline of B2B leads through outbound (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) and inbound channels.
β’ Translate customer pain points into clear value propositions.
β’ Collaborate with leadership, product, and engineering teams to drive deals forward.
β’ Leverage sales tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) to track outreach and optimize performance.
