We’re launching a new specialty sleep brand built around certified organic, high-performance sleep products that align with modern consumer values—sustainability, wellness, transparency, and enhanced design. Backed by a privately held, family-run holding company with over 50 years of experience in manufacturing and operations, 12 Park has the resources of an established player with the spirit of a true startup. We're here to build the next iconic sleep brands—and we’re looking for a builder to lead the charge. The Role This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious, driven MBA graduate who wants to be a founding President.  You’ll have support—but you’ll also have autonomy. You will work with the holding company board and have full ownership of the brand, business model, marketing strategy, and outcome. Support resources will be provided by the holding company for Finance, Operations, Human Resources and Product Development; though it is your decision ultimately how you want to use these resources. A Director of Performance Marketing is currently onboard and ready for their leader. For the right person, this is an exceptional hybrid opportunity that will allow the President to work mostly remote or establish a local office wherever the President resides. There will be minimal trips to the holding company headquarters in MA required. What You’ll Do ●  Build the brand. Craft our identity and tell a compelling story about sustainability, sleep health, and consumer empowerment. ●  Drive marketing excellence: Establish a marketing processes and capabilities focusing on best-in-class tools and testing to drive conversion. ●  Lead the vision. Refine and execute our [1, 3, 5 year] strategy to bring a certified organic sleep brand to market—and scale it. ●   Operate the business. Own the full P&L and lead all day-to-day operations, from eCommerce to supply chain to CX. ●   Grow revenue. Leverage omnichannel strategies (DTC, partnerships, retail) to drive customer acquisition and LTV. ●  Lead the team. Work with 12 Park’s Director of Performance Marketing and the holding company team to build culture, recruit top talent, and drive execution. ●  Engage with stakeholders. Represent the company to the board, partners, and investors. Raise capital as needed. ●  Stay sharp. Continuously track the market, competition, and consumer insights to maintain edge and adaptability. Who You Are ●  A recent graduate from a top MBA program (or equivalent operating experience) looking to go all-in on building something meaningful. ●  Strong background in Paid and Brand Marketing and establishing brand guidelines and storytelling ●  Strong generalist ●  3 years of hands-on Marketing experience with 5+ years of total experience preferred. ●  Comfort with working within LEAN and continuous improvement based organizations; desire to incorporate AI in business processes. ●  Entrepreneurial to the core—you love rolling up your sleeves and figuring things out. ●  Hungry to lead a company and ready to work the hours necessary to make it happen. ●  Equally fluent in brand and analytics. You can build a pitch deck and optimize a LTV/CAC funnel. ●  A mission-driven leader who cares deeply about product quality, customer trust, and sustainability. What You Bring ●   A track record of leadership, hustle, and high performance—whether in startups, consulting, or corporate strategy. ●   Financial fluency, including comfort with budgeting, unit economics, and investor communications. ●   Passion for consumer products, eCommerce, and brand building. ●   Bonus: Exposure to DTC brands, eCom operations, or retail merchandising.
