We're Hiring: Freelance Senior Email & SMS Marketing Manager (Expert Only | $2K/month | 10 hrs/week) We're not here to waste time — and neither should you be. We're looking for a senior-level email and SMS marketing expert (not junior, not mid, not “willing to learn”) to take over the strategy, copywriting, and calendar development for 4 high-performing clients. This is a part-time freelance role (10 hours/week) at $2,000/month, fully remote. You MUST: • Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing (preferably with large brands or high-volume DTC businesses) • Be an expert in Klaviyo — from email/SMS flows and campaign strategy to analytics and advanced dynamic features • Know how to build and optimize flows such as: • Welcome • Abandon Cart • Browse Abandon • Review Requests • Loyalty / Win-back • Dynamic Product Recommendations • Be able to write high-converting copy for both email and SMS • Build out marketing calendars and lead designers and builders with clarity and direction • Be strategic and self-sufficient — no hand-holding, no “Can you show me how?” moments • Not rely on ChatGPT or AI to do the heavy lifting — our clients expect thoughtful, original strategy • Be sharp, fast, and passionate about doing great work — this should come naturally to you If you're fresh out of school, this role is not for you.
