Role Overview: As our TikTok Specialist, you will be responsible for growing our TikTok following organically, managing our TikTok Shop, and coordinating influencer and affiliate marketing efforts. Your role will involve creating engaging content that showcases our unique products and brand story while leveraging social commerce strategies to convert viewers into customers. Key Responsibilities: ·      Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy that aligns with Menteath's brand values and resonates with our target audience. ·      Create, film, and edit TikTok videos, including product demonstrations, tutorials, behind-the-scenes content, and storytelling that highlights our neurocosmetic offerings. ·      Manage and optimize our TikTok Shop, ensuring product listings are compelling and aligned with our brand's aesthetic. ·      Coordinate and manage influencers and brand ambassadors, including content collaboration, campaigns, and performance tracking. ·      Oversee affiliate marketing initiatives, tracking performance and optimizing for maximum reach and conversions. ·      Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine content, growth, and sales strategies. ·      Stay informed about TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social commerce, influencer marketing, and affiliate programs. Requirements: ·      Proven experience in growing TikTok accounts organically, particularly in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors. ·      Strong video production and editing skills, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging content. ·      Experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms. ·      Experience coordinating influencer campaigns and affiliate marketing programs. ·      A deep understanding of the neurocosmetics niche and the ability to communicate its benefits effectively. ·      Creative, trend-savvy, and results-oriented, with strong project management skills.
