Front-end Software Developer - .Net

What You'll Do:
β’ Develop and maintain several websites, including high-performance, customer-facing marketing websites; customer account portal; manufacturer partner portal; and some internal tools.
β’ Create tests and documentation.
β’ Monitor and improve website technical SEO.
β’ Performs other related duties as required or requested.
Who You'll Work With:
β’ Software Engineering Manager:Area of responsibility performance; direct supervision
β’ Product Team (Product Owner, Product Manager)
β’ Engages with the business and customers to create and prioritize user stories -- a unit of work to make website functionality.
What You'll Need:
Education/Experience/Training:
β’ 4-year degree in software engineering OR similar training OR 3 additional years experience
β’ 2+ years of experience as a website developer
Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
β’ Advanced knowledge of C#, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML (ie: using .NET MVC)
β’ Experience building B2B or B2C marketing websites with deep understanding of eCommerce, performance optimization, SEO, AB Testing, localization, mobile optimization, accessibility, caching, analytics, etcβ¦
β’ Ability to use a content management system as a major component of the backend (like Kentico CMS).
β’ Content Management System (CMS) understanding and integration (like Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
β’ Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and related tooling (ie: managing work in a software user story backlog)
β’ Experience giving project updates to a variety of internal stakeholders, including business members and other technology teams.
β’ Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and decision-making abilities.
β’ Proactive, positive team player who is adaptable, flexible, and willing to take on new challenges and risks continually.
Nice to Haves:
β’ Experience using a content management system as a major component of the backend (ie: Kentico CMS)
β’ Experience giving project updates to a variety of internal stakeholders, including business members and other technology teams.
β’ Hands on experience administering .NET applications on Windows Server/IIS or Azure App Service
β’ Experience writing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
β’ Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
β’ Ability to create data pipelines using Python, Airflow, Prefect

Pay and Benefits:
β’ The salary range for this position is $120,000-150,000 annually
β’ The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidateβs relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location
