This is a full time position - no vendors please. We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our development team. The engineer in this role will partner closely with architects, business analysts, quality engineers, and other developers in a collaborative Agile environment. You’ll have the opportunity to shape technical solutions, influence product design, and support ongoing production systems while ensuring best practices, scalability, and security are always top of mind. Position Description: • Lead the design, development, and support of both new and existing B2B and B2C web applications. • Translate business and functional requirements into robust, maintainable solutions while providing mockups or alternative approaches where needed. • Contribute to technical documentation and design artifacts such as sequence diagrams, models, and architecture plans. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and reviews, working closely with both local and offshore teams. • Support application lifecycle management, including packaging, deployment, and release coordination with DevOps/release engineers. • Implement unit tests and ensure applications align with established security practices. • Partner with solution architects to create scalable designs and collaborate with QA teams to deliver high-quality, thoroughly tested applications. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) OR equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience in object-oriented development, with a track record of delivering enterprise-level web and ecommerce applications. • Solid experience in ASP.NET/C#, MVC, Web Forms, RDLC Controls, Web APIs/Services, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, and Git/GitHub. • 3+ years working with modern frameworks such as Angular or Bootstrap (3, 4, or 5); familiarity with React or Blazor is a strong plus. • Strong SQL Server skills (stored procedures, functions, triggers, schema design, SSIS packages). • Ability to produce clear technical specifications and documentation. • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with proven experience managing multiple priorities and working both independently and in team settings.
