Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an ambitious Full Stack Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in software development and infrastructure management. You’re passionate about coding and committed to building world-class consumer products. You thrive in fast-paced startup environments where innovation thrives, and you’re willing to put in extra hours to ensure timely product launches. What You’ll Be Doing
• Frontend Ownership: Build, maintain, and continuously enhance Reebelo’s public-facing frontend to implement responsive user interfaces and deliver a world-class user experience.
• Infrastructure Management: Build, scale and monitor the infrastructure that powers our websites in ECS Fargate, Cloudfront, S3, and EC2.
• Increase CVR: Improve checkout conversion rates by seamlessly integrating Stripe's payment interface.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Scalable Integrations: Develop robust, scalable integrations with third-party tools and internal services to support platform growth.
• Code Reusability & Mentorship: Build reusable code and libraries while guiding fellow developers through best practices and technical mentorship.
• Quality & Reliability: Participate in testing, quality assurance, and debugging to ensure high-performance, reliable releases.
Minimum requirements for success
• At least 5 years in front end web development
• At least 3 years of experience building and scaling Next.js applications
• At least 4 years of experience in AWS, specifically with building and deploying full stack infrastructure into ECS , EC2, S3, Cloudfront, etc.
• Savvy in CSS Compilation & Frameworks (SASS, Webpack, Bootstrap, Tailwind…)
• Expert in bundle size management, lazy-loading, minimizing DOM, CDN management.
• Experience of an e-commerce environment / fast rendering web pages
• Startup mindset, can do attitude
• Team player
