About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and e-commerce systems. Your primary focus will be on back-end development, including enhancing system architecture, building integrations, and supporting our extensive WordPress multisite environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with front-end designers and developers to implement engaging, responsive user interfaces using HTML, Tailwind CSS, and JavaScript. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with modern frameworks such as Laravel and Next.js, as well as manage complex database systems and API integrations. The successful candidate will take ownership of maintaining and expanding our WordPress multisite network, ensuring its performance, security, and scalability align with our organizational goals. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. You should have at least three years of experience working with Laravel, PHP, and WordPress development. A strong understanding of SQL and database optimization techniques is essential. Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, Tailwind CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks is required. You should have a solid grasp of REST API design and integration, along with experience managing codebases using Git and handling different deployment environments such as staging and production. The ability to independently manage projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team is vital. A proactive attitude, combined with the capacity to maintain legacy systems while modernizing them, will contribute to your success in this role.
