Job Title: Global Innovation Brand Manager Location: Summit, NJ 07901 Hybrid (2 days onsite: Tuesday & Wednesday; 3 days remote) Duration: 08 months contract Brand This role supports client's-owned brand Neutrogena within the Skin Care category (Beauty & Anti-Aging). Position Overview We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced professional to lead innovation, content creation, and cross-functional initiatives in the skin care category. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in skin care (pre- and post-aging), strong strategic thinking, and the ability to shape and influence global strategies. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Innovation β€’ Co-develop the strategic direction and global innovation pipeline in collaboration with the Innovation team. β€’ Own ideation and concept development by translating consumer insights and market trends into impactful product ideas. β€’ Lead execution of innovation projects, working cross-functionally with R&D, Packaging, Finance, Supply Chain, Designers, and Agencies. Content & Marketing β€’ Drive digital content creation for social media platforms. β€’ Oversee influencer management and collaboration. β€’ Manage external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables. β€’ Lead development of content for new product launches, including social assets, influencer content, e-commerce, and shopper marketing materials. Cross-Functional Leadership β€’ Collaborate with internal teams including R&D, PMO, and senior leadership. β€’ Manage cross-functional alignment from concept to execution. Required Qualifications Education: β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (minimum) β€’ MBA preferred Experience: β€’ 5–10 years of experience in the skin care industry (with focus on pre- and post-aging products). β€’ Experience in strategic brand management, innovation, and content development. β€’ Experience managing agencies, influencers, and cross-functional teams.
