Duration: 07 Months
Pay Range: $(51.82 - 54.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits
Hybrid: 2 days in office (Tues and Wed) and 3 days remotely. Must be flexible with in office days as needed.
Job Description:
β’ Co-develop the strategic direction and global innovation pipeline for the business in collaboration with Innovation team.
β’ Develop and deploy all aspects of product innovation in a highly cross-functional environment
β’ Own ideation and concept phase by translating consumer insights and trends into strong product ideas in close collaboration with market research
β’ Lead execution of innovation projects in close collaboration with R&D, packaging engineering, finance, supply chain, designers and agencies among other business partners to develop new products, claims, and comms from project definition, briefing, and development to execution.
β’ Lead the content development for New Product launches working closely with a cross-functional team including social assets, influencer content, ecommerce content and shopper.
β’ Must have prior skincare experience (pre and post ageing), beauty products or makeup.
β’ At least 5 to 10 yearsβ experience
