Job Description:
Our client, a prominent digital agency, is seeking a skilled Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimise PPC campaigns. This is a fully remote permanent role based in UK.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Develop, implement and manage paid search strategies across multiple client accounts.
β’ Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to inform campaign structure.
β’ Continuously monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI.
β’ Prepare and present performance reports to clients, providing actionable insights.
β’ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with wider digital marketing objectives.
β’ Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
β’ Execute A/B tests to refine ad creatives, landing pages and targeting strategies.
Experience Required:
β’ Minimum 3 yearsβ experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally within a digital agency environment.
β’ Proven track record of delivering strong campaign performance and client satisfaction.
β’ Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Skills:
β’ Google Ads certification.
β’ Familiarity with Microsoft Ads and social media advertising platforms.
β’ Experience with eCommerce PPC campaigns.
β’ Knowledge of bid management tools such as Search Ads 360 or similar.
Educational Requirements:
β’ A bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
