This is a mid-level position for a seasoned professional who lives and breathes Google Ads, YouTube, Display & Video 360 (DV360), and the constant evolution of these platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, a hands-on expert, and a passionate mentor. You will not only be responsible for developing and guiding our clients' Google media strategies but also for elevating the skills and knowledge of our internal team. Responsibilities โ€ข Google Ecosystem Expertise: Serve as the agency's primary subject matter expert on all Google ad buying platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), YouTube video campaigns, and Display & Video 360 (DV360). โ€ข Strategic Leadership: Develop and champion high-impact Google media strategies for our clients, ensuring their campaigns are innovative, effective, and aligned with changing e-commerce business objectives. โ€ข Performance Analysis: Oversee the performance of all Google campaigns, providing campaign and global/enterprise level insights and recommendations to both internal teams and clients. โ€ข Stay Ahead of the Campaigns and the Curve: Proactively monitor, recommend and optimize Google campaigns, manage agency benchmarks for the different tactics, research the latest trends, product updates, and platform changes within the Google ecosystem. Be the agency's go-to source for new opportunities and best practices. โ€ข Internal Training & Development: Create and lead training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance the skills of our agency's media buyers and strategists. You will be instrumental in building a team culture of continuous learning. โ€ข Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with account managers, creative teams, social media team and data analysts to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client campaigns, omni-channel key word strategies and reporting. Requirements โ€ข Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across the Google ad ecosystem, with a deep specialization in Google Ads, YouTube, and DV360. โ€ข Proven track record of success in developing and executing complex Google media strategies for a diverse range of clients. โ€ข Strong understanding of programmatic advertising principles and experience with DSPs, specifically DV360. โ€ข Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both clients and internal teams. โ€ข A passion for teaching and mentoring others, with experience in a leadership or training capacity. โ€ข Google certifications (Ads, Analytics, etc.) are a must. โ€ข Prior experience in a marketing or advertising agency environment is a strong plus.
