We provide solutions to brands for their Amazon operations across logistics, content, advertising and backend data, so they can grow scale rapidly and protect their online reputation. Founded in 2017 by two brothers, we are building a tight-knit team that creates real impact for our partners. We’re seeking a Design Specialist to create high-impact Amazon content: image stacks, short-form videos, A+ modules, and storefront designs for our growing portfolio of brand partners. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in graphic design, video editing and motion graphics, also understands how TikTok-style content drives engagement, and thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Familiarity with AI creative tools and cross-platform design (ex. Adobe, Webflow, Figma) is a strong plus. Most important, is a strong desire to grow as the industry evolves in the years ahead, blending AI and human design elements while working as part of a close team. Working hours: 2:30pm-11pm Philippine Standard Time (PHT; GMT +8), fixed schedule with 3 hours overlap with EST for meetings Pay: $900 - $1,400 USD salary per month + 13th month Benefits: Paid time off, positive work culture, excellent long-term growth opportunities Location: Fully Remote Responsibilities and Duties Current responsibilities will include the below, however the Design Specialist position will require adaptability to changing needs: β€’ Design high-converting Amazon main images, infographics, and A+ content modules, including engaging lifestyle mockups to enhance product appeal β€’ Develop short-form video assets for Sponsored Brands Video or product listings β€’ Work within Amazon’s store builder to create branded, shoppable experiences and refresh store designs β€’ Engage with brand managers and creative leadership in feedback and revision loops to create extraordinary content for publication β€’ Manage templates and maintain style guide adherence to ensure consistent brand representation across listings, sponsored content and other digital assets. β€’ Conduct ongoing creative research and analysis of the Amazon marketplace, utilizing tools such as Brand Analytics, competitor storefront audits, and visual trend reports to identify category-specific design standards, emerging visual patterns, and improve customer engagement β€’ Demonstrate UX/UI centered web design thinking, highlighting designs that thrive on mobile and desktop Required Qualifications β€’ Foundational skills in video editing and motion graphics (e.g., cutting, transitions, basic animation techniques, sound syncing) β€’ Basic proficiency in Adobe tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects β€’ A strong visual sense and passion for design, even if self-taught or developed through academic projects β€’ A good understanding of TikTok content, what captures attention, keeps users engaged, and tells a story in seconds β€’ Clear organization skills for maintaining creative files, version control, and asset folders β€’ Fresh graduates and early-career creatives are encouraged to apply Preferred Qualifications β€’ 1–3 years hands-on experience in Amazon/ecommerce multimedia design β€’ Fluency in designing Amazon image stacks, infographics, and A+ modules that drive conversions β€’ Familiarity with Webflow or other no-code web design tools β€’ Strong competency in AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT) for ideation, visual generation, or video optimization β€’ A portfolio that demonstrates adaptability, visual storytelling, and understanding of marketplace trends Special Instructions To help us ensure you're detail-oriented and truly interested in this role, please send us an email to talent(at)ballardhouse.com that includes the following introductory statement: "I am [Your Name], and I believe I’m a good fit for this position because I [explain how you embody whichever company core value resonates with you the most]."
