About the Role We’re looking for a creative, proactive Graphic Designer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our visual identity is fresh, compelling, and consistent across all touchpoints—from product imagery to social media, email campaigns, website banners, packaging, ads, and more. What you'll do • Design high‑quality visual assets including: • - Product images / retouching / mock‑ups • - Website banners, homepage creatives • - Digital and social media ads (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) • - Email campaign templates & graphics • - Promotional materials & campaign visuals (seasonal, flash sales, launches) • - Packaging, tags, labels, and any print collateral when needed • Ensure all visuals adhere to Sumwon Studios’ brand guidelines and aesthetic, while pushing creative boundaries to stay on trend. • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams: marketing, product development, content, photography, and web developers to translate briefs into compelling designs. • Participate in creative concepting / brainstorming sessions for campaigns & product launches. • Optimize designs for different platforms and devices, ensuring fast loading, correct aspect ratios, visual impact, and consistency. • Maintain, organize, and manage a library of design assets (images, templates, icons, fonts, etc.). • Stay up‑to‑date with fashion, eCommerce, and digital design trends (colours, typography, layout, motion graphics) and suggest innovations where appropriate. What you’ll bring • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field. • 2‑4 years (or more) experience in graphic design, especially in fast fashion, apparel, retail or eCommerce. • Strong proficiency with design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, possibly After Effects), and/or Figma / Sketch. • Excellent eye for detail: a strong sense of colour, typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy. • Able to work under tight deadlines; manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality. • Strong communication skills to interpret briefs, take feedback, iterate designs effectively. • Portfolio that demonstrates versatility (product visuals, campaign work, social media, adverts, print if applicable). Nice‑to‑Have / Bonus Skills • Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing / animation (GIFs, short video ads) • Knowledge of UX/UI principles, particularly how design impacts conversion rates on eCommerce sites. • Experience with photo‑shoots / working with photographers (styling, retouching). • Familiarity with packaging design and the production process. • Any experience with HTML/CSS, or knowing how designs translate into web dev. • Understanding of market / consumer trends in MENA / GCC regions.
