Role description
Responsibilities: 1. Brand Strategy & Building: β€’ Collaborate with the line manager, sales team, and headquarters branding team to create and implement effective brand marketing strategies and new product go-to-market plans. Continuously improve brand awareness, influence, and market share in the local market. 1. Digital Marketing Execution: β€’ Social Media & Community: Develop and manage the content strategy for key social media channels (Instagram, TikTok etc.). Foster high engagement, grow follower base, and build a loyal online community. β€’ Influencer & KOL Marketing: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with key influencers and tech reviewers to amplify brand content and reach new audiences. β€’ Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic. β€’ E-commerce Marketing: Collaborate with online retail team (Amazon, Noon) to develop and execute off-site digital campaigns to boost the traffic 1. Budget Management: β€’ Allocate marketing budgets strategically across various projects, including digital media marketing and offline marketing. Set clear monthly goals and develop practical plans to ensure optimal use of marketing budgets and achieve the best possible ROI. β€’ Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, translating data into insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. 1. Integrated Campaign Support: β€’ Oversee the creation of localized marketing assets (POSM, videos, digital content). β€’ Support the planning and execution of offline events to ensure a cohesive 360Β° brand experience. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1. Fluent and professional in English is essential. Arabic is a significant advantage. 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a brand marketing or digital marketing role, ideally within the consumer electronics, smart home, or technology sectors in the UAE. 1. Must be based in Dubai, UAE and available to work on-site. 1. Proven Portfolio: Demonstrable experience in: β€’ Developing and executing successful brand strategies. β€’ Growing brand presence and engagement on social media platforms. Managing end-to-end digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads). Working with influencers and managing KOL partnerships. Strong analytical skills with expertise in using data (Google Analytics, social insights) to guide marketing decisions and prove ROI. 1. A creative and proactive mindset, with excellent communication skills and a passion for building brands in the digital age. 1. Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Experience with e-commerce platform marketing tools. β€’ Knowledge of the smart home, security, or consumer electronics landscape. β€’ Experience in content creation or shooting videos for social media is a plus.
