We’re looking for a hands-on and highly craft-focused Graphic Designer to join our team and play a pivotal role in evolving and elevating the brand. Your work will directly impact brand perception, audience engagement, and marketing effectiveness, ensuring a visually refined, strategically thoughtful, and digitally forward brand presence across all channels. You will be responsible for designing the creative assets of the brand. Experienced understanding of UX design is also crucial, along with the ability to partner with developers, production designers, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development & Execution
• Conceptualize and design campaign assets, e-commerce content, social media visuals, packaging, print collateral, and event branding.
• Translate brand strategy and seasonal direction into elevated visual executions.
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual language while staying aligned with current fashion and cultural aesthetics.
Brand Building
• Uphold and refine the brand identity, typography, and design systems across all channels.
• Support creative on seasonal lookbooks, collection launches, and fashion week or influencer activations.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and elevated taste across all output.
Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with Photographers, Stylists, and Marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
• Present ideas internally with confidence and clarity, articulating the creative rationale behind your work.
• Open-Mind & Adaptability – Share your perspective confidently while remaining comfortable adapting to direction, input, or evolving priorities to deliver the strongest creative result.
What You’ll Do:
• Drive concept development, explore creative directions, and lead with a hands-on approach, ensuring ideas translate into strategic, beautifully executed creative across all channels.
• Take full ownership of high-impact projects while actively collaborating with other designers and team to shape ideas together.
• Prioritize and manage creative projects thoughtfully, balancing craft, strategy, and impact to deliver best-in-class work.
• Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and transforming discussions into actionable, creative work.
• Play an active role in evolving the Manière De Voir visual identity and brand system over time—not just applying guidelines but helping shape them.
• Lead creative on seasonal lookbooks, collection launches, and fashion week or influencer activations.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and elevated taste across all output.
• Lead and oversee graphic production designer to ensure that work is up to standards and on time
Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio rooted in fashion, luxury, or lifestyle.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); and Figma. After Effects are a plus.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, art direction, and campaign systems.
• Experience designing for both print and digital, with a keen understanding of content needs across e-commerce, Instagram, email, and beyond.
