The Role: You are a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and aesthetics. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy translating ideas into visually compelling concepts. You have a strong sense of brand identity, a keen eye for detail, and are motivated by producing high-quality work that aligns with Roller Rabbit’s mission. Your ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking makes you an invaluable part of any team. The Graphic Designer will report to our Senior Graphic Designer.
Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Digital Advertising Support:
• Design static and animated (gif) ad creatives for platforms like Google/Programmatic, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and others.
E-Commerce Design & Photo Editing:
• Resize, crop, and recolor product images for e-comm imagery.
• Prepare and optimize assets for product pages, banners, and promotional content.
Event & Merchandise Design:
• Assist with the design both digital and print of merchandise for events (e.g., stickers, decals, etc.).
• Have some knowledge of package design and able to help assist with package design process
General Design Tasks:
• Assist in day-to-day graphic design needs with oversight from the Senior Graphic Designer including email creation and social media graphic needs for collaborations and
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all projects.
• Offer creative input.
• Organize and manage digital files and design assets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Design, Digital Design, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases concept-driven designs and well-crafted executions.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) for both print and digital design. Photoshop & Illustrator are a must.
• Knowledge of proper set up of print production files for traditional and non-traditional media (collateral).
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and design fundamentals.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
• A passion for design, creativity, and contributing to a dynamic team environment.
