Role description
Bettervits is one of the UK's fastest growing nutrition brands and we're on a mission to become the biggest. Driven by science and delivered with care, our range of nutritional products have helped us bring our customers one step closer to their better selves. We’re now looking for a Graphic Designer with a focus on social creatives to join our growing remote team. You’ll be responsible for creating high-converting image ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google but we also want someone who can contribute to our organic social content with fresh, platform-native visuals that keep our feeds engaging and on-brand. This is not just about making things look nice, it's about ideas, copy, and performance. What You’ll Be Doing: β€’ Designing static and carousel ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Google) β€’ Taking ownership of ad concepts from idea to copy to final design β€’ Writing bold, benefit-led copy that fits the brand tone and grabs attention β€’ Designing engaging assets for organic social media (stories, carousels, reels covers, etc.) β€’ Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas β€’ Keeping up with trends, competitor ads and platform best practices to inform creative direction What We’re Looking For: β€’ Previous experience designing paid ads for DTC brands β€’ A portfolio of high-performing still ad creatives with measurable success β€’ Strong copywriting skills (headlines, hooks, punchy captions) β€’ Ability to turn strategy into creative ideas that perform β€’ A strong eye for layout, type and visual hierarchy β€’ Confident working with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva β€’ Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment Bonus if you also: β€’ Have experience A/B testing creatives β€’ Understand funnel stages and messaging logic β€’ Know how to work fast without sacrificing quality Benefits β€’ Competitive Compensation Package β€’ Flexible PTO β€’ Fully Remote, Flexible Working Environment β€’ World-Class Team Backed By a Profitable Enterprise β€’ Real Professional Development
