The Role As a Graphic Designer at Elmhurst 1925, you’ll be a key player in bringing the brand to life visually across every consumer touchpoint. You’ll craft elevated, breakthrough designs that amplify our story and connect with modern, trend-savvy audiences – keeping Elmhurst ahead of the curve in a fast-growing category that we’re already redefining. You’ll collaborate closely with the brand team to turn strategy and insights into compelling, on-brand creative that pushes our visual identity forward. With a sharp eye and bold ideas, you’ll help cement Elmhurst’s place as the brand that sets the gold standard for plant based. What You’ll Do • Collaborate with the Brand Team to evolve Elmhurst’s visual world and shape a more elevated, modern ownable identity. • Partner closely with the brand, e-commerce and product teams to translate strategy and insights into breakthrough creative. • Develop cohesive visual systems and branded templates to maintain a consistent identity across all materials and platforms. • Craft visually compelling assets for all brand touchpoints, including digital, social, OOH, print, retail and experiential. • Design motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos for multimedia campaigns. • Manage day-to-day creative production with precision, ensuring deadlines, quality and brand standards are met. • Own the planning and execution of photo & video shoots, from leading art direction and curating shot lists, to sourcing creators, talent, and managing post-production work. • Stay up to date on design trends, continuously infusing the work with fresh inspiration. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field. • 3+ years professional experience in graphic design • Portfolio required: Showcase brand identity systems, digital/social work, and multimedia design (food & beverage or lifestyle brand experience a plus). • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout and composition • Willingness to travel to the office on occasion for photoshoots, in-person collaboration, and other high-impact creative projects • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills • Photography and videography experience preferred • Experience with Dimension, Blender or similar 3D rendering software and ability to create product visualizations (3D renders for packaging, retail, events and e-commerce) is a plus. • Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript is a plus.
