Job Title: Web Developer (Shopify / WordPress / Adobe) Location: Onsite - Vancouver Washington Department: Marketing & Creative We are seeking a multidisciplinary Web Developer to join our client's fast-paced, onsite Marketing Team. This role is pivotal in shaping and evolving the visual identity of a diverse portfolio of brands across both physical and digital platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong creative design skills with the technical ability to execute across packaging, marketing collateral, and digital assets. This position involves bringing concepts to life from idea to execution - spanning product packaging, print and digital campaigns, websites, social media, and ecommerce platforms. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, managing multiple projects of varying scale while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand excellence. Key Responsibilities • Create product packaging designs (bags, labels, boxes, etc.) from concept through print-ready files. • Design and produce marketing materials for both print and digital channels, including sell sheets, signage, banners, merchandise, and social content. • Develop and refine branding elements such as logos and campaign visuals. • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality packaging and marketing materials. • Manage and update websites, ensuring performance, functionality, and brand consistency. • Monitor digital analytics and make recommendations to improve web performance. • Organize and prepare final assets for vendors and printers. • Contribute to product photography, mockups, and creative shoots. • Lead assigned design projects and manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables. • Support administrative tasks and occasional off-hours or travel for events and projects. Preferred Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in graphic and web design, ideally in consumer products, retail, or similar industries. • Bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, web design, marketing, or related field. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop). • Familiarity with packaging design, flexible packaging, and corrugated materials. • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress) and ecommerce (Shopify preferred). • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS. • Strong understanding of design principles, responsive design, and visual hierarchy. • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. • Photography and/or motion/animation experience a plus.
