A glimpse of your typical workday Enterprise Platforms & ERP • Drive end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation across all business entities — Finance, SCM, HR, CRM, Sales, Operations. • Ensure effective integration and utilization of Oracle EBS in key business functions. Infrastructure & Cloud • Manage on-premise data center operations with high availability, performance, and scalability. • Define and implement robust Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans. • Lead hybrid cloud strategy across AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Microsoft Azure. Cybersecurity • Build and lead a proactive cybersecurity framework across all digital assets. • Ensure data protection, access controls, and compliance with global standards and local regulations. Customer-Facing Technologies • Oversee e-commerce platforms, ensuring scalability, personalization, and omnichannel capabilities. • Deploy and manage customer conversation tools, including CRM, WhatsApp Business API, live chat, and support automation. • Ensure tight integration between front-end sales platforms and backend ERP/CRM systems. Sales & Mobility • Oversee digitization and automation of sales systems, including mobile tools for on-ground teams. • Deliver mobile applications to improve employee productivity, customer self-service, and B2B/B2C engagement. Data & Analytics • Define and govern a group-wide data strategy, covering master data, real-time reporting, and analytics. • Drive adoption of Power BI and Qlik to empower business users with actionable insights. Leadership & Strategy • Operate with a hands-on strategic mindset, equally comfortable in technical deep-dives and boardroom discussions. • Align technology roadmaps with business growth strategies across all group companies. • Lead high-performing IT teams, vendors, and partners in a matrixed, fast-moving environment. What makes you stand out • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership, with 5+ years as CIO or Group CIO. • Proven success in full-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation across multi-entity groups. • Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS and enterprise system integration. • Experience managing on-prem data centers, DR environments, and cybersecurity programs. • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, OCI, and Azure. • Expertise in e-commerce technologies, customer communication tools, and mobile applications. • Solid understanding of data strategy, BI tools (Power BI, Qlik), and data governance.
