Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000

Our offices are based in the heart of the Loop in downtown Chicago, but we are pleased to note that our Chicago office is operating on a hybrid work model (mix of in-office and remote work).
Position Summary:
Our Growth Analyst will play a key role collaborating across departments to pursue and drive growth opportunities by translating our rich event data into value driving actions. We operate in a dynamic, high volume business environment with millions of transactions, reservations, and loyalty members. As a Growth Analyst at The Parking Spot, you will have the opportunity to make a material impact on the business through your efforts. This position is perfect for a candidate with a passion for data, a creative analytical mind, and a strong technical foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and eliminate customer funnel friction by analyzing multi touch clickstream data to drive higher enrollments and conversion events
• Predict and preempt churn through advanced cohort analysis to drive successful retention campaigns and increase overall customer value
• Develop more sophisticated segmentation based on relevant characteristics at different customer lifecycle stages
• Create richer event tracking and more rapid A/B tests across our various touchpoints by leveraging modern tools and AI/ML capabilities
• Translate insights into actions through collaboration with other teams to ultimately drive revenue and EBITDA growth
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
• 4-year BA/BS college degree with relevant focus
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably with a background in customer analysis with strong digital/ecommerce focus
• Proficiency in using SQL to access and transform data, preferable with experience with BigQuery and dbt
• Experience using AI/ML/LLMs, clickstream, and A/B platforms is a plus
• Experience with cohort, LTV, and churn analysis is a plus, especially leveraging AI/LLMs for insights
• Demonstrated ability to distill large amounts of business data into actionable insights
• Strong sense of curiosity, urgency, and excitement around challenging business questions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and findings to diverse audiences
