Role description
Growth Manager (remote, with occasional meet-ups) At Hēdoïne, we're redefining premium legwear - and we’re doing it with a sharp eye, a strong voice, and a bold ambition. Designed in London, made in Italy, and loved globally. At Hedoine we craft sustainable, ladder-resistant tights that challenge the wasteful norm of traditional hosiery. Billions of pairs end up in landfill each year - we’re on a mission to change that. The next phase of our journey includes strategic expansion into new product categories and international markets. We’ve built a brand that blends performance and fashion, and as we enter our next growth phase, we’re looking for a growth-obsessed, data-driven, and technically fluent Growth Manager to help us scale quickly. You’ll work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to scale the digital engine powering our next chapter. While the role starts hands-on across key growth channels, it is also strategic in nature: you’ll identify opportunities, shape growth frameworks, and help scale an agile structure as we grow. This is a senior-level position for someone with deep expertise across the full growth stack and a clear sense of how to build for scale. It begins broad and hands-on, then evolves into focused leadership role. This role starts freelance (part-time or full-time), with the option to transition into a permanent position. We're also open to a direct employment setup for the right candidate, depending on fit and availability. It's fully remote, with occasional meetups in London and Munich. Start date: August or September 2025. Key Responsibilities: Growth & Channel Strategy - Own and scale growth strategies across performance, retention, and acquisition channels - Define high-impact levers aligned with revenue, ROAS, CAC/LTV and margin goals - Translate company objectives into actionable roadmaps and prioritised initiatives CRM and retention - Plan and execute high-performing campaigns in close collaboration with the creative team - Launch and iterate automations, lifecycle journeys, and smart segmentation - Drive subscriber acquisition and retention through conversion-led funnels Affiliate Marketing - Set up and manage affiliate platforms, onboard partners, and optimise campaigns - Track performance, report on insights, and scale what works Performance Marketing - Launch and manage Meta & Google Ads with a structured testing approach - Own targeting, creative testing, and performance optimisation across campaigns - Translate insights into winning creatives together with the creative team - Define and run tests across creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages - Ensure pixel tracking, event setup, and attribution are working effectively Analytics & Funnel Ownership - Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs and surface growth opportunities - Run cohort and funnel analyses to identify quick wins and scalable insights - Own attribution and channel modelling to inform budget allocation - Set up and evaluate A/B tests across ads, product pages, and email flows Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Proven experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within fashion, beauty, or D2C e-commerce - Strategic thinker with a test-and-learn mindset - focused on impact, speed, and smart prioritization - Confident in building customer journeys across channels, loyalty flows, and high-converting funnels - Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, conversion tracking, and troubleshooting - Solid grasp of analytics, CRM, attribution, and performance frameworks - Data-led decision-maker with a strong handle on ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention and cohort insights - Experienced in paid social and search - from campaign setup to creative iteration and performance analysis - Familiar with affiliate marketing – including onboarding, scaling and performance tracking - Strong attention to detail, high ownership, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach - Startup or scale-up experience is a plus - A balance of creative thinking and data obsession - a strategic builder at heart - Experience in fast-moving consumer brands or early-stage scale-ups is a big plus - Well organized, self-motivated, and works well within a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Self-runner who gets things done Key Benefits: - Help shape one of the most exciting challenger brands in premium legwear and hosiery - Fully remote, with flexible working hours, and occasional meetups in London & Munich - Competitive compensation depending on experience - Share options may be available, depending on experience and performance - Work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team - A bold, creative brand and an uplifting team culture that’s high on energy, low on ego - Creative freedom meets clear growth goals - A fast-moving environment where your contribution matters (a lot) - Plenty of room to grow with us - personally and professionally - A mission-driven brand that combines innovation, sustainability, and fashion style About Hēdoïne Hēdoïne was the first company to launch ladder-resistant, seamless tights as well as ladder-resistant, biodegradable tights. We were named a Walpole brand of tomorrow in 2020, received a Red-Dot Award for product innovation and launched a product collaboration with Victoria Beckham’s brand. Further innovative products are in development - within the hosiery segment as well as outside of it. We are fast-growing innovation leaders, backed by high profile investors (e.g. former CEO of Jimmy Choo) and a world-renowned advisory board. We are growing fast in key European markets with global potential. We have a strong track record and are entering an exciting new growth phase - expanding our product universe, levelling up our brand, and scaling across new markets. This is your chance to join a bold brand on the rise - with products people actually rave about, a no-nonsense crew with bold ideas, and real opportunity to make a significant impact. We offer a competitive rate and the freedom to shape, scale, and build something exceptional with us. You’ll help us scale what’s already working - and push into what’s next. Bring your A-game. We’ll give you the runway. To apply, please email us at careers@hedoine.com with your CV and a short note explaining why you're the right fit for this role - and for Hēdoïne. Skip the fluff. We don’t need a formal cover letter, but we do want to know how you’ll make a difference from day one. Applications without this will not be considered
