Role description
About ChatLabs ChatLabs is an award-winning SaaS platform empowering retail, fashion, and beauty brands to engage and convert social-media-native consumers. After taking home LVMH’s 2023 Data & AI Innovation Award, we’re doubling down on AI-powered growth and expanding our New York team to accelerate North-American demand. The Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer who lives at the intersection of AI, demand gen, and product-led growth. You’ll architect personalised, AI-generated funnels across LinkedIn and email, own website CRO, optimise paid media budgets, and spearhead our PLG motion; from free trials to in-app upsell. What You’ll Do • Design AI-First Lead Engines: Build and iterate personalised outreach sequences that combine GenAI copy, dynamic visuals, and intent data to engage prospects on LinkedIn and via email. • Own Website Optimisation: Run continual A/B tests on landing pages, messaging, and UX flows; partner with Design and Product to boost conversion from first visit to activated user. • Maximise Paid Spend: lan, launch, and optimise performance campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and emerging channels; ruthlessly manage CAC and ROAS. • Lead the PLG Roll-Out: Define the self-serve funnel, coordinate pricing/packaging tests, and partner with Product to build in-app prompts, nurtures, and tiered upgrade paths. • Level-Up Data & Attribution: Maintain a clean analytics stack (GA4, HubSpot, etc.), ensuring every experiment has a clear hypothesis, tracking plan, and success metric. • Collaborate Across the Org – Align with Sales on lead scoring and hand-off, sync with Customer Success on expansion plays, and brief Engineering on growth-oriented product tweaks. What You Bring • 4–6 years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS, ideally selling to enterprise or upper-mid-market brands. • Proven track record launching personalised multichannel campaigns that meet or beat pipeline targets. • Deep familiarity with AI marketing tools, from prompt engineering in GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Veo3, Midjourney) to predictive scoring and dynamic content. • Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one modern marketing automation + CRM stack (HubSpot, Instantly, Apollo, etc). • Working knowledge of web CRO frameworks, basic HTML/CSS, and no-/low-code software (Webflow,). • Comfort owning full-funnel metrics: CAC, LTV, activation, PQLs, expansion ARR. • Strong analytical chops: Excel/Sheets wizardry and competence with BI tools. • Excellent copywriting instincts; you can switch from punchy subject lines to clear product messaging in a heartbeat. What Sets You Apart • First-hand experience rolling out a product-led growth model for a SaaS start-up. • Agency background in paid media or growth experimentation. • Retail, fashion, or beauty sector exposure, understanding of brand-centric acquisition nuances. • Certification in GA4, Google Ads, and/or LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Benefits • Competitive base salary + growth-based bonus. • Contribution to Medical cover • Flexible PTO and hybrid work policy (three days a week in our Manhattan office) • Annual learning stipend, use it for AI bootcamps, conferences, or anything that sharpens your craft. • Equity in early stage fast growing startup ChatLabs is an equal-opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
