A hands-on marketing role for those who want to both build and drive strategy—combining tactical execution with big-picture thinking across full-funnel campaigns.

We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Growth Marketer who thrives on work diversity and challenging concepts. You’ll join a tight-knit, passionate team and collaborate closely with our brand strategy and design teams to ensure the work we deliver is smart, strategic, and produces results.
What you’ll do:
• Collaborate with brand strategists to research our client's target audience and articulate defined avatars
• Own the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns—from strategy and funnel design to launch and optimization
• Continuously test and refine campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates
• Assess and identify the most effective channels (e.g., social media platforms, email, SEO) to reach target audiences and achieve campaign goals
• Roll up your sleeves to create, launch, and iterate on campaigns, occasionally partnering with contractors where needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices on major content platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Google
• Implement strategies to improve website or landing page conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience improvements, and funnel analysis
• Create and optimize customer journey maps to better understand and address customer needs at different stages of the sales process
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure campaign success and provide regular reports and insights
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, optimizing spend across different channels based on performance data
What you’ll need:
• Proven experience launching and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
• Fluency in tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads), and marketing automation platforms, especially Hubspot
• Technically fluent—you’re comfortable using platforms, dashboards, and tools to run and refine full-funnel marketing efforts across websites, CRM, advertising, and social
• Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills—you can confidently coordinate between strategy, creative, and operations to keep campaigns moving forward and aligned with broader goals
• The ability to work cross-departmentally
• A love affair with brand, design, and marketing—we’re committed to excellence

• Don’t take yourself too seriously attitude
• Ability to check your ego at the door and work collaboratively
• A deep appreciation for data-driven insights
