Funded by Greylock, Index, and Iconiq, we power ordering, fulfillment, and analytics so that independent distributors can compete and win in the digital era. We’re looking for a scrappy Viral Marketing Lead to help us create video that gets attention and drives clicks and engagement. About the Role Pepper is seeking a resourceful, analytically-driven Growth Marketer to take ownership of key growth initiatives across SEO, content, analytics, and digital asset production. You will be the engine behind inbound discovery and demand generation, working across product, marketing, and sales to create high-leverage content, optimize user journeys, and experiment with scalable growth campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts digital detective, builder, and optimizer — someone who thrives on deep research, systematized output, and finding creative, data-backed pathways to brand and traffic lift. What You'll DoSEO, Content & Inbound Marketing • Own our SEO and content-led growth strategy: long-form content, keyword clustering, backlink strategy, glossary builds, etc. • Drive our GPT and GEO strategy: Publish long-tail, thought-leadership pieces weekly with SEO-optimized URLs designed to pattern-match with key prompts and queries. • Build and maintain Pepper presence on 3rd-party platforms such as G2, Capterra, and other LLM-scraped sources. • Track organic performance using GA4, Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs or Semrush. • Manage and expand Pepper’s internal and external knowledge bases. Marketing Analytics and Attribution • Maintain dashboards tracking traffic quality, user intent, and ICP alignment over time. • Recommend campaign adjustments to reduce non-ICP traffic. • Leverage analytics tools and data exports to guide strategic decision-making. Landing Pages & Digital Asset Production • Build and update landing pages for integrations, solution pages, and growth campaigns • Coordinate with design/dev as needed to ensure timely updates and A/B testing readiness. • Support experimental growth campaigns and provide research/data for new initiatives. Who You Are • 1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing at a B2B SaaS company. • Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales funnel, buyer journey, and lead lifecycle. • Proficient in tools like HubSpot, GA4, Chat GPT, Webflow, and advertising platforms. • Skilled in both analytical problem-solving and creative storytelling. • Self-starter with a bias toward action and experimentation. • Clear communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
