Title: Growth Marketer - Remote US Location: Remote, US Duration & Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary $70,000 – $90,000 per year, plus medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Chamberlain Advisors is currently seeking an experienced and technically capable Growth Marketer for our client, in the biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will have strong B2C experience to spearhead lead generation efforts through a multi-channel approach. This role is ideal for a data-driven, hands-on professional who excels at executing and experimenting with new lead generation and ecommerce strategies, including SEM, SEO, partnerships, affiliate marketing, and automation. Candidates must be comfortable managing large budgets, using advanced marketing tools, and integrating AI to drive performance. What You Will Be Accountable For • Leverage AI and Automation Tools: Use tools such as n8n or Zapier for workflow automation, SEO bots for keyword research, Chat/Gemini for proofreading, and creative AI tools like MidJourney or Imagine for image generation to improve efficiency and outcomes in marketing campaigns. • Manage and Optimize Paid Digital Campaigns: Own large-scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with full responsibility for managing a marketing budget of $2M+ annually. Conduct in-depth audits, optimize campaign structure and performance, and transition campaigns from external agencies to an in-house model. • Drive Data-Driven Insights: Analyze campaign data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms. Collaborate with data scientists to build dashboards, interpret performance trends, and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, and lead quality. • Oversee Web and SEO Enhancements: Make basic website updates using drag-and-drop tools (Craft, HubSpot, WordPress or similar). Apply SEO principles and tools like SEMrush to strengthen organic search visibility and support paid media strategies. • Strategic Growth Planning: Anticipate market needs 6–12 months ahead, contribute to growth roadmaps, and adopt a test-and-learn approach with a willingness to fail fast and iterate quickly in a niche, evolving market. • Execute Multi-Channel Marketing Strategies: Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across SEM, SEO, paid social, email, partnerships, remarketing/retargeting, and affiliate channels to drive qualified leads and brand visibility. • Landing Page Development and Testing: Build, launch, and optimize landing pages with a focus on paid media conversion and SEO best practices. Use A/B testing to validate hypotheses and improve conversion rates. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align messaging and execute cohesive marketing strategies that drive growth and measurable business outcomes. • Marketing Automation & CRM: Utilize HubSpot to run campaigns, automate workflows and track campaign performance, ensuring marketing efforts are streamlined and measurable. • Creative Content Tools: Use Canva or Photoshop (or similar tools) for creating visual content that supports paid and organic campaigns. Qualifications • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and optimizing lead generation and ecommerce tactics through SEM (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, remarketing platforms), SEO, Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), Email, Programmatic Display, Streaming Audio, etc. • Demonstrated success in executing and optimizing B2C lead generation, ecommerce, and branding campaigns with an annual marketing budget of $2M or more. • Proven expertise with automation tools (Zapier/n8n or similar) and enthusiasm for experimenting with emerging AI tools and strategies. • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights. • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM experience. • Experience with Canva or Photoshop preferred. • Experience building landing pages using Craft, HubSpot, WordPress, or similar tools. • Ability to negotiate effectively with publishers and vendors. • Highly adaptable, proactive, and forward-thinking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
