PTTOW! is an invite-only community where today’s most influential CEOs, CMOs and icons come together to build transformational partnerships and create the beautiful world of tomorrow http://www.pttow.com About the Role QUICK LOOK: Mandatory experience (only apply if you fit ALL of these requirements): • Experience in LinkedIn Paid Ads • Experience managing a company’s organic socials • Experience with SEO & Google Analytics • Asset and Project Management • Data enthusiast • Time management skills • Ability to pivot - be flexible Desired: • Salesforce experience • Co-Pilot / LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & Canva experience • Interest in Fortune 500 companies, Marketing & Culture More on Key Responsibilities… • Growth Strategy & Execution: Lead and execute customer acquisition and engagement strategies, including paid campaigns (especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator), in collaboration with Sales and Events teams. • Organic Social Media: Manage LinkedIn and Instagram content and strategy (posts, reels, carousels), track engagement, and grow online communities. • Data & Analytics: Use data to report on performance, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion, acquisition, and engagement metrics. • Growth Hacking: Identify new growth channels, turn social trends into paid strategies, and improve website and funnel performance using CRO and automation tools. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Align with creative and marketing on messaging; present insights to leadership; adapt to industry and customer trends. • Salesforce & Event App Support: Manage Salesforce dashboards, assist with event app (EventMobi) setup, and ensure strong coordination between marketing and sales teams. Qualifications: • Marketing Experience: 3+ years in growth or digital marketing with proven results. • Data & Analytics: Skilled in Google Analytics, Excel, and campaign ROI tracking. • Salesforce: Experienced in marketing/sales processes, reporting, and lead management. • Tools: Proficient in HubSpot, A/B testing, and automation platforms. • Creative & Analytical: Strong growth mindset with innovative, data-driven strategies. • Communication: Clear, effective communicator of insights and recommendations.
