The Role
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical rigor—combining data-driven decision-making with brand storytelling to accelerate revenue growth and expand our audience.
This is a full-time, fully remote position.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) to achieve ROI and growth targets.
• Increase website traffic and conversions through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and CRO best practices.
• Lead strategy for email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and newsletters to drive engagement and repeat bookings.
• Build brand awareness through social, PR, and influencer partnerships.
• Measure and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategy and improve results.
• Oversee content creation and distribution, ensuring messaging is both on-brand and performance-driven.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within travel, entertainment, gaming, or consumer experiences.
• Strong knowledge of paid digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with website funnel optimization and e-commerce/online sales conversion.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing channels simultaneously.
Bonus Skills
• Copywriting, storytelling, and creative campaign development.
• Graphic design or video production/editing.
• Social media and community management experience.
• Passion for role-playing games, board games, video games, cosplay, or geek culture.
