Position: Growth Marketing Manager
Department: Marketing
Location: Alpharetta, Georgia or Remote
Reports To: Sr. Director of Marketing
Job Scope and Accountabilities:
The Growth Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of Kahua’s marketing efforts to drive demand across our key verticals. This role will own the execution of multi-channel campaigns that convert interest into pipeline—working closely with sales, content, and digital to optimize performance at every stage of the funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategy and execution of Kahua’s targeted verticals with the goal of MQL to Opportunity conversion and ARR goals.
• Develop a deep understanding of Kahua’s customers, products, their target market segments & audiences and how best to reach buyers throughout the customer journey.
• Execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across email, digital ads, paid social, webinars, and more.
• Own vertical-level lead generation and nurture strategy, working closely with Sales and Growth Marketing leadership.
• Leverage existing content and collaborate with the content team to create industry-relevant messaging and assets.
• Manage day-to-day campaign execution and reporting in HubSpot, DemandBase, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Optimize campaign performance based on data and feedback from Sales.
• Partner with Demandbase and Salesloft teams to align outreach and account-based tactics.
• Support regional events, webinars, and industry forums to drive engagement.
• Partner with Digital Strategy and Operations team to develop reporting and analytics metrics to forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of demand programs and campaigns on MQL, pipeline, bookings and funnel velocity in assigned segments.
Experience Required:
Required:
• 5+ years of demonstrated success in marketing in a B2B SaaS company
• Experience with account-based marketing programs and the Enterprise SaaS sales cycle
• Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Software (Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to engage decision makers and executives
Preferred:
• Experience and knowledge of the Construction market
• Demonstrated track record of success meeting or exceeding lead and pipeline generation targets
Education/Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, Science or Engineering required; MBA is a plus
Interpersonal Skills:
• Honesty and integrity in all job responsibilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a changing environment, and lead and drive direction with cross-functional teams
• Data-driven, analytical mindset to drive marketing insights and decisions
