Role description
We’re looking for a results-driven, hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced, collaborative Growth Marketing team. This role is ideal for a mid- to senior-level performance marketing professional with 5–7 years of experience who thrives on both the art and science of digital advertising—balancing creative insight with analytical rigor. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across channels—primarily paid social and paid search—with an eye toward performance, efficiency, and innovation. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, partnership, and brand teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven, performance-optimized, and flawlessly executed. This is a hybrid role that combines tactical execution with strategic input, and is perfect for someone ready to take ownership while continuing to grow. Key Responsibilities • Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and present cross-channel paid media strategies that align with brand and performance goals across multiple brands. Tailor media mix recommendations based on audience insights, historical data, and budget constraints. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Own media budgeting and spend pacing across paid media channels. Build media forecasts, track actuals vs. planned, and adjust allocations to ensure budget efficiency and performance alignment. • Campaign Execution & Optimization: Set up, manage, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns in platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest. Conduct creative testing, audience segmentation, and bid/budget adjustments to drive performance. • Performance Reporting & Insights: Lead weekly and monthly reporting across all brands and platforms. Analyze performance against KPIs (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR), synthesize insights, and develop actionable recommendations. • Leadership Communication: Present media results, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Translate complex performance data into clear, business-relevant narratives. • Creative Collaboration & Workflow Management: Partner with creative teams to ensure asset delivery aligns with media needs and testing plans. Develop creative briefs based on platform trends and performance data. • Multi-Brand Management: Juggle competing priorities across several brands with distinct objectives, customer journeys, and creative needs—ensuring each receives the attention and optimization required to meet its goals. • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with partnership team, brand, and ecommerce teams to ensure media plans are integrated, insight-driven, and aligned with broader marketing efforts. • Channel Innovation & Growth Exploration: Stay curious and proactive in identifying emerging platforms, formats, and channels. Evaluate and test new media opportunities that could drive incremental growth or unlock untapped audiences. • Market and Platform Awareness: Stay current on digital media trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks to inform planning and maintain a competitive edge. Manage platform reps and external partners leveraging their expertise to improve upon campaigns.
