The Role

As our Growth Marketing Strategist, you will own our growth strategy from end to end. You will design, lead, and optimize marketing campaigns that create brand awareness, tell our story, and drive demand for our coaching, consulting, and leadership programs. You will lead cross-functional coordination to ensure campaigns are executed with excellence, and you will be fully accountable for results.

What You’ll Do
• Design & Own the Growth Strategy: Create and refine marketing strategies to drive awareness, generate leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients for Beautiful Company Builders and our Relationship Coaching programs.
• Tell Our Story: Craft compelling narratives that position us as the go-to resource for purpose-driven leaders and organizations.
• Execute with Precision: Oversee the full marketing cycle—from strategy and creative development to campaign launch, optimization, and reporting.
• Coordinate & Lead: Direct internal and external resources (designers, writers, ad specialists, etc.) to ensure campaigns are implemented on time and on brand.
• Be Accountable for Results: Deliver measurable growth, with a target of 10 new clients in the first 90 days.
• Experiment & Optimize: Use data-driven insights to test, iterate, and continually improve marketing performance.

Qualifications
• Proven track record of leading successful growth marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound marketing, including paid ads, email, social, and partnerships.
• Ability to set and exceed ambitious KPIs.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience staging and promoting events a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and funnel optimization tools.
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Communication, Marketing, PR, Psychology, English, or related field a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation & Performance Bonus
• Base Salary – Commensurate with experience.
• Revenue Share: % of first-year revenue from all leads you generate through marketing (% negotiable based on experience).
