Role description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Monte Carlo. We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager in the United States. This role offers the opportunity to design, execute, and optimize digital marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue results. You will manage campaigns across paid, email, webinars, and organic channels, while partnering with enterprise and strategic account leaders to align initiatives with key business priorities. As a hands-on individual contributor, you'll own critical growth channels, analyze performance data, and experiment with innovative tactics to unlock new opportunities.
