While we began as a short-term rental platform, Stay is evolving into a complete rental ecosystem—serving travelers, renters, property managers, and owners with bold new offerings across subscription-based listings, mid-term/long term rental experiences, and crypto-powered payment infrastructure. We’re building the future of flexible living. To get there, we need a Growth Marketing Manager who thrives in complexity, builds repeatable systems for scalable growth, and can lead marketing efforts across a multi-sided platform and multiple business models. The Opportunity: As Growth Marketing Manager, you will own and execute the full marketing function—strategy, channels, team, vendors, measurement—across three core business verticals. You’ll be responsible for driving demand across both sides of the marketplace (travelers/renters and property managers/owners) and positioning Stay as a category leader in flexible living and crypto-friendly rentals. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic vision with executional excellence. You'll work closely with the executive leadership, product leadership, and sales teams to craft high-performing campaigns, content, and experiences that scale each revenue stream. Key Responsibilities: --> Strategic Leadership & Positioning • Build and own the omnichannel marketing strategy across Stay’s three core growth initiatives: • Subscription-based short-term rentals • Mid-term and long-term rental marketplace • Crypto payment adoption for rentals • Develop and continuously refine brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and user journey maps for each audience segment --> Demand Generation • Build and own the omni-channel marketing strategy across Stay’s three core growth initiatives: • Traveler/Renter Acquisition: Execute paid and organic campaigns across search, social, partnerships, influencers, and affiliate • Inventory Growth (Owner/Manager Acquisition): Partner with sales to drive inbound lead flow and engagement through lifecycle marketing, paid channels, SEO, and account-based strategies --> Channel Execution Lead execution across the following: • Paid Media: Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic, retargeting, and offline • Organic Marketing: SEO, CRM/email, and related channels • Content Marketing: Develop educational and thought leadership content around crypto payments, co-living trends, and property monetization strategies • Crypto launch. Develop crypto-focused educational materials (video, written, webinars) to support audience adoption and awareness --> Team Building & Vendor Oversight • Resource a lean, high-performance marketing team (internal + agency/freelancer mix) • Oversee creative, performance marketing, content, and analytics resources • Define roles, assign KPIs, and manage performance across contributors and partners --> Analytics, Reporting, and Optimization • Own and optimize full-funnel performance KPIs including CAC, LTV, and conversion rate for both sides of the marketplace • Own marketing attribution, CRM and campaign tracking infrastructure (e.g., HubSpot, GA4, etc.) • Deliver actionable insights to the leadership team via dashboards and monthly performance reviews • Set quarterly OKRs and track success against growth milestones Ideal Candidate Profile: --> Experience • 2-4+ years of experience in B2C and/or marketplace marketing • Proven success marketing multi-sided platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) or similar • Experience launching or scaling a subscription SaaS product, rental platform, or PropTech business is highly preferred • Experience in travel, crypto, or Web3 education/marketing is a plus, but not required --> Skills & Strengths • Full-stack marketer: Performance + Brand + Content + SEO + Email + Product Marketing • Comfort managing multiple revenue models and optimizing for both B2B and B2C outcomes • Analytical and data-literate; fluent in marketing attribution and ROI analysis • Builder’s mindset: scrappy, resourceful, and solutions-oriented • Exceptional communicator who can lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and executive leadership Why Join Stay? • Category Creation: Help define a new class of rental experience—blending housing, fintech, and flexible options for owners • Remote-First Culture: We value autonomy, transparency, and action • Founding Team Access: Work directly with the executive team to shape company trajectory • Equity Upside: We’re early, ambitious, and looking for leaders who want to grow with us How to Apply: Send your resume and a quick note about why you're the right fit to hello@staywithstay.com.
