Role description
One of The Sage Group’s top clients is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, to lead the execution and optimization of growth campaign processes and evergreen marketing initiatives. The client provides a leading video platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead on Growth Management Operations:
• Lead day-to-day campaign operations and program management in partnership with two Program Managers.
• Oversee Program Managers to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
• Partner with Channel Operations teams to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and on schedule.
• Own and maintain the Growth Marketing Campaign tracker.
• Build scalable templates for campaign planning, asset QA, and reporting.
• Run QA processes for all campaign assets ahead of handoff to Operations.
• Create and manage Growth Marketing templates (e.g., campaign timelines, reporting dashboards, campaign briefs).
• Liaise with xfn teams (e.g. - Engineering) to troubleshoot campaigns
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase speed and efficiency.
• Act as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams on Growth Marketing Operations tasks.
• Partner closely with Go-to-Market (GTM) to build and maintain an editorial calendar for email campaigns.
• Represent Growth Marketing in key meetings as needed.
Strategic & Execution Lead for Evergreen Growth campaigns:
• Develop and execute a data-driven full lifecycle growth strategy for evergreen (streaming sporting event) Ticket campaigns with a focus on owned & operated channels (e.g. - Email)
• Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of acquisition, renewal and winback campaigns (from ideation and targeting to creative optimization and performance analysis)
• Conduct quantitative analysis of channel performance and user behavior to identify high-impact growth opportunities, incrementality improvement opportunities and inform strategic decisions
• Build an experimentation plan leveraging A/B testing and other methodologies to deliver insights & optimization opportunities
Skills:
• 5 years experience Growth Marketing lead experience
• Bonus if have worked in a Growth Marketing role at a FAANG or similar type of company (bonus if experienced with sports or streaming marketing experience)
• 3-5 years Campaign Management lead experience across owned & operated channels (e.g. - Email)
• 3-5 years of data analytics & reporting experience, insights for campaign optimization
• Has worked cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Creative teams
• Very comfortable with high ambiguity
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong project management and communication skills, to manage stakeholders
• Solution-oriented mindset and has strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive and ready to roll up sleeves to get stuff done
• Able to juggle multiple projects at once and can pivot when necessary
• Has Agency management experience (not mandatory, nice to have)
Location: 100% remote in USA, must work West Coast hours
Duration: EOY to start, plus extension potential
Compensation: $70-85hr DOE
