We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Manager at Hairmax HQ in Boca Raton, FL.
This is a roll up your sleeves, get-it-done kind of role — you’ll be in the trenches making things happen, not just managing from the sidelines.
You’ll be:
• Growing affiliate programs (ShareASale, Rakuten, TikTok, YouTube)
• Building lifecycle flows, segmentation & automation
• Driving subscriptions & loyalty programs
• Developing B2B lead gen & email campaigns for salons + physicians
• Partnering with paid media to level up creative, targeting & ROI
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years in digital/growth marketing (DTC e-comm background a big plus)
• Experience in affiliate, subscriptions, loyalty, email/SMS & B2B marketing
• Strong with Klaviyo, Shopify, GA, Adobe Creative Suite & Canva
• Results-driven, good attitude, loves challenges, multi-tasker, execution-focused, and ready to dig in
