After years of formulation and brand building, we’re launching in the U.S. with a line of transformative, clean haircare products—like Magic Drip for hair fullness and scalp care, and Split Ends Care for split end repair. As we grow, we’re looking for driven analytical minds and creatives who can scale with us.
What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own, manage, and scale performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, and additional paid acquisition channels. This person will be responsible for both the technical execution of ad buying and the creative strategy—including UGC, influencer creative, statics, and video assets.
You’ll be part performance marketer, part creative strategist—able to interpret data into insights, and insights into scroll-stopping content that converts. You’ll work closely with our creative partners, leveraging data and real-time results to drive growth and improve ROI.
Performance Strategy & Execution
• Build, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
• Own daily budget allocation, bid strategies, audience testing, funnel segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Analyze channel performance to develop test-and-learn strategies that improve ROAS, CPA, MER, and new customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with the team on forecasting and reporting to inform budget planning and channel prioritization.
• Leverage different bidding strategies (ASC, Bid Cap, Cost Cap for Meta, tROAS and maximize conversions for Google) to improve performance
• Run A/B tests for creative, copy, LP, and audience
Creative Strategy & Production
• Help to develop high-performing creative briefs for copy, video, statics, and UGC in collaboration with designers, editors, and content creators.
• Lead the iterative creative testing process: launch new variations weekly, analyze data, and brief on improvements based on performance trends.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and influencers to source and produce effective content.
• Write performance copy across top-of-funnel and retargeting ads, balancing brand voice with conversion best practices.
• Maintain reporting dashboards and share insights cross-functionally on campaign learnings and wins.
• Work with affiliates and UGC creators to whitelist and amplify best-performing content.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads (TikTok a strong bonus).
• Proven track record scaling DTC ecommerce brands through paid media.
• Experience managing $50K–$150K per month in ad spend.
• Strong analytical and performance reporting skills.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot Google product feeds.
• Deep understanding of paid media metrics, attribution, and platform tools.
• Excellent copywriting and creative briefing skills.
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to collaborate on compelling content that converts.
• Experience managing creative production: briefing, reviewing, and testing static and video formats.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
