β’ Role Overview
Weβre in search of a marketing professional with a well-rounded, traceable background in Media Buying and Account Management. This role will require the Growth Strategist to be well-versed in Media Buying practices and team management while demonstrating exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills. In this role, the Growth Strategist will lead a pod of media buyers and creatives, to strategize and communicate with clients and internal teams on a daily basis, ensuring that all client, team, and campaign expectations are being met and/or exceeded.

Role Overview
Client-Facing:
β’ Prepare for weekly meetings to deliver updates with confidence and professionalism
β’ Host weekly meetings and support with additional workshops (as needed) to achieve the clientβs desired results
β’ Relationship Management: keeping consistent communication with clients and providing all necessary data updates
β’ Create, monitor and manage tasks in ClickUp for your pod, ensuring all progress projects are being tracked on a daily and weekly basis.
β’ Reporting on all metrics to uncover wins/roadblocks with varying campaigns and troubleshooting any issues.
β’ Ability to communicate formally via email and communicate informally via Slack
β’ Look for opportunities to post quick updates on the pulse of their campaigns (whatβs working, whatβs not working, technical issues, access to assets, etc)
β’ Support the approval process of strategizing, coordinating, and launching new creative assets (including photo/video ads and copy)
β’ Onboarding: initial account analysis, account launch, and creation on different platforms
Team-Facing:
β’ Lead a client-specific pod of media buyers and creatives
β’ Communicate and collaborate regularly with the Assistant Creative director in your pod
β’ Communicate and collaborate regularly with the Head of Growth to ensure all business objectives, OKRs, client requests, deadlines, etc. are aligned per client
β’ Keep the media buying and creative teams up to date with all relevant client communication, requests, feedback, etc.
β’ Keep the team accountable by following up on all outstanding tasks
β’ Request performance updates to share with the client
β’ Maintain a standard on data, creatives, copy, and assets by approving internally before revealing to the client
Candidate Prerequisites
β’ 3-4 years of experience as an Account Manager in the digital marketing space
β’ 2-3 years of experience as a Media Buyer or working in tandem with Media Buyers
β’ Can comfortably manage projects and move tasks
β’ Up to date with the latest media buying practices
β’ In-depth knowledge of different advertising platforms and the ability to explain technical nuances to clients
β’ Up to date with the latest marketing trends
β’ Great understanding of design, video, copywriting, and content creation practices
β’ Works well with team members and is open to feedback
β’ Proficient with G-Suite applications, ClickUp, and Slack
β’ Comfortable presenting on Zoom and operating different advertising platforms
β’ Sensible approach toward prioritization
β’ Fantastic organizational and time management skills
β’ Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
