Our brand is in growth mode, and we’re looking for a visionary Growth Strategist to shape our next chapter. This is a role for a data-driven creative leader who understands both the art of brand storytelling and the science of digital marketing. You’ll lead strategies that scale our e-commerce business, expand brand reach, acquire new customers, and deepen loyalty with our community. What You’ll Do • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies for e-commerce, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention. • Lead brand storytelling that connects emotionally with our audience and aligns with our mission. • Oversee campaigns across paid social, search, influencer marketing, email/SMS, SEO, partnerships, and PR. • Use analytics to track performance, refine campaigns, and identify high-ROI opportunities. • Collaborate with creative, operations, and product teams to ensure marketing aligns with product launches and seasonal calendars. • Stay ahead of trends in digital commerce, marketing technology, and consumer behavior. What We’re Looking For • 7+ years in e-commerce marketing, growth strategy, or brand leadership. • Proven success driving measurable results in customer acquisition and revenue growth. • Strong understanding of Shopify (or similar), marketing analytics tools, and ad platforms. • Ability to lead with both creativity and analytical rigor. • Experience in mission-driven or cause-related brands is a plus. • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
