The Role
As a Growth Strategist, you’ll be the senior-most marketing advisor and key driver of client success. You’ll design and oversee comprehensive growth strategies tailored to each client’s stage focused on scaling customer acquisition efficiently, improving retention, and maximizing lifetime value.
You’ll act as the strategic lead for assigned clients, developing forecasts, budgets, and channel strategies while guiding executional teams of media buyers, creative strategists, and retention specialists. This role requires a unique blend of analytical rigor, creative problem-solving, and strong communication skills to inspire confidence across both clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
• Develop omni-channel growth strategies including forecasting, budget planning, and channel mix recommendations.
• Serve as the senior strategic lead for accounts, providing oversight and guidance across acquisition, retention, creative, and CRO.
• Act as a trusted partner to clients, presenting strategies, insights, and growth roadmaps with clarity and confidence.
Performance Marketing Strategy
• Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
• Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and annual growth goals, budgets, forecasts CAC targets, and ROI benchmarks.
• Guide execution on media buying, creative testing, audience segmentation, and offer structure.
• Develop product & marketing moment strategy
Analytics & Optimization
• Analyze acquisition funnel performance to spot bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
• Monitor CAC, nMER/MER, LTV, and payback periods to ensure profitable scaling.
• Evaluate attribution and measurement frameworks to improve signal clarity.
Creative & CRO Support
• Partner with creative strategists to shape briefs, hooks, and testing roadmaps.
• Recommend optimizations for landing pages and PDPs to maximize conversions.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to implement changes.
Collaboration & Growth
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with media, creative, and retention teams.
• Support new business development through audits, opportunity analysis, and pitches.
• Identify upsell opportunities for services like SMS/email, CRO, and creative development.
• Share emerging ecommerce and performance marketing trends with clients and team.
What We’re Looking For
• 5 years of experience in DTC performance marketing, ideally in fashion, apparel, or lifestyle.
• Deep expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, with a strong POV on channel roles, scaling, creative and testing frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in CAC, MER, LTV, and other performance metrics.
• Proven ability to develop growth forecasts, budgets, and marketing calendars.
• Experience scaling ecommerce brands with multi-million-dollar ad spend.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
• Comfortable with async collaboration (Slack, project management tools) and weekly client/team meetings.
