The Role We are looking for a Growth & Strategy Manager to join our leadership team. This role is central to scaling Libas Collective’s brand presence and driving revenue growth. You will lead our efforts in luxury fashion e-commerce growth, build brand awareness internationally, and ensure that operations — from software development to logistics and product management — are aligned with our growth objectives. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone with strong expertise in luxury fashion, e-commerce, and growth strategy, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and can balance both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales across global markets. • Oversee and align the progress of the Operations Manager, ensuring that software development, logistics, and product management support business growth goals. • Build and manage marketing and sales initiatives across digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, influencer partnerships, PR). • Identify and establish strategic partnerships (e.g., with platforms, agencies, or brand collaborators) to expand reach and revenue opportunities. • Use analytics and performance data to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI. • Shape Libas Collective’s brand positioning in the luxury resale space, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. • Contribute to long-term strategic planning, working closely with founders on scaling vision and global expansion.
