π Head of Amazon Channel | Consumer Brand | On-Site (Essex/Herts Border)
We are working with a global consumer brand undergoing exciting digital transformation. Weβre hiring a Head of Amazon Channel to lead and scale their Amazon business across UK, EU, and international markets.
This is a senior, on-site role with full ownership of the Amazon channel β from product setup and performance marketing to promotional campaigns and international expansion. Youβll be joining a business with strong heritage and a loyal customer base, now investing in digital-first growth.
π What Youβll Be Doing
β’ Own day-to-day management of Amazon Seller Marketplace across multiple territories
β’ Optimise listings, A+ content, SEO, and imagery to drive conversion
β’ Lead Amazon Ads strategy to improve ROAS and grow revenue
β’ Manage and mentor an Ecommerce Manager supporting channel operations
β’ Select and recommend product lines per market based on data and insight
β’ Plan and execute seasonal and tactical promotional campaigns
β’ Monitor account health, reviews, and performance metrics
β’ Collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, and supply chain teams
β’ Identify opportunities for international growth and new product launches
β’ Track KPIs and report regularly to the Commercial Director
β’ Explore automation and AI tools to streamline operations
π― Who Weβre Looking For
β’ 5+ years managing successful Amazon accounts in consumer goods
β’ Proven track record in scaling revenue and managing ad budgets
β’ Strong grasp of SEO, catalogue management, and listing optimisation
β’ Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
β’ Familiar with Brand Registry, FBA vs FBM, Seller vs Vendor, and global channel setup
β’ Project management experience and team leadership capability
β’ Commercially sharp, proactive, and collaborative
π Location This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Essex/Herts border region β easily commutable from Bishops Stortford, Epping, Ware, or Brentwood.
