Head of Amazon & Marketplace Growth Location: London Based Reports to: CEO Start date: ASAP Salary: Competitive with equity options 1. Headline Summary We’re looking for a high-performing, commercially focused Amazon expert to take full ownership of our Amazon channel and scale it into a true growth engine over the next phase. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s scaled Amazon accounts at pace driving serious growth through better listings, relentless optimisation, smarter ads and world-class marketplace execution. You’ll likely be agency-trained, hungry to go in-house and ready to own one brand’s success completely. This is your opportunity to turn Amazon into a major growth engine inside one of the UK’s most exciting companies. 1. The Role You’ll own the Amazon P&L and execution strategy, building out our Amazon channel from good to great. This includes: • End-to-end store and account management • Amazon Ads / DSP strategy, budget and optimisation • SEO, PDPs, A+ content, brand store, reviews • Operational oversight: FBA, stock planning, listing health • Promotional strategy and conversion rate optimisation • Marketplace data, insights and continuous testing • Reporting into the CEO with clear growth accountability You’ll work closely with internal Ops, Finance, Brand teams and any external partners to maximise performance without cutting corners. 1. What You’ll Bring • 3–5+ years experience scaling brands on Amazon (agency or in-house) • Success of growing monthly revenue from early traction to significant scale • Mastery of Amazon Ads, DSP, keyword strategy and margin-aware performance • Deep experience in listing optimisation, conversion testing and brand content • High commercial IQ: you know how fees, ad spend and price positioning affect margin and scale A data-driven mindset and ownership mentality, you move fast, track everything and course correct relentlessly Hunger for impact, you want to own a channel and want to win against our competitors not just manage an account. 1. Bonus Experience • Experience in supplements, wellness, CPG or high-performance brands • Familiarity with other marketplaces: eBay, OnBuy, etc. • Past agency-side experience across multiple brands • Exposure to international Amazon marketplaces 1.
