Are you ready to take ownership of an £18 million Amazon business and scale it to £30 million and beyond? A high-growth health and wellness brand is looking for a Head of Amazon to lead their global marketplace strategy and drive ambitious growth across multiple countries.
This role offers full autonomy to shape the Amazon channel and lead a talented international team split between the UK and mainland Europe. You’ll take the reins of a high-performing division within a fast-moving, founder-led business that combines commercial drive with a supportive, people-first culture.
You will be responsible for scaling sales across Amazon UK and international markets, improving reporting and processes, and building best-in-class commercial and advertising strategies. The team includes Amazon Ad Managers, Pricing and Admin support, and a Marketplace Specialist. You’ll lead them to deliver double-digit growth while driving profitability and performance.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Amazon. A commercial leader with proven experience managing large-scale Amazon accounts across global territories. You’ll need to be confident operating in high-autonomy environments, thrive in grey areas, and enjoy building structure in fast-evolving settings.
