A Head of Brand is required for an SME with startup energy, but is fortunate to be acquired by a medium sized business, so the financial backing and stability is offered. The Role & responsibilities:
As the Head of Brand, you’ll own the brand strategy and execution end-to-end. You’ll have the autonomy to make executive decisions, drive creative campaigns, and shape how customers see, feel, and connect with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead brand strategy and execution across channels
• Refresh and reposition the brand with a compelling tone of voice
• Educate customers on product benefits and USPs
• Manage agency relationships and external stakeholders
• Oversee PR, email marketing, and social media
• Collaborate closely with our Ecommerce & Growth team
• Build and implement scalable marketing processes
Successful candidates will need to be adaptable to change, able to handle ambiguity and have the following experience/ attributes -
Essential Experience:
• SME FMCG experience preferable in a D2C environment expanding to retail
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial, self-starter who want to drive change
• Full mix brand strategy and execution
• Agency and stakeholder management
• Process-driven with a creative spark
Desirable Experience:
• Startup growth journey
• Multi-channel marketing
• Team leadership
• Media planning and brand framework implementation
• Operated in a category/ product where you’ve needed to drive emotional engagement and connection
