This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Digital Marketing. The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies, managing paid social campaigns, and lead gen efforts. You will be responsible for executing digital marketing launches.
The individual will also analyze web analytics to gauge the effectiveness of these strategies and adapt as necessary. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating some hands on media buying and collaborating with team members, optimizing for ROAS and updating account managers on the changes/optimizations, and ensuring all digital marketing initiatives align with the company's business goals.
Responsibilities
• Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Pmax), LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Manage both DTC eCommerce campaigns and Lead Generation funnels.
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Request email marketing campaigns from that department and give guidance on marketing automation processes to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.
• Oversee e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and improve user experience on our website.
• Work closely with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing ads.
• Bring in new ideas, suggest emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall funnel efficiency.
• Create and maintain a structured campaign launch checklist, collaborating with our development team and account managers to ensure flawless execution of technical and creative assets, ensuring every step is completed prior to go-live, including: Pixel and CAPI setup/testing, Automation flows in place (email/SMS integrations, triggers), Checkout functionality validation, proper event tracking and reporting setup.
• Manage tasks and workflows in Asana(or equivalent task management tool) to maintain accountability and team alignment.
• Provide weekly reporting and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media buying, with proven success in both DTC eCommerce and Lead Generation campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/Shopping/Pmax, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of campaign launch. Collaborating with proper teams to get it done successfully for a smooth launch.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on pixels, CAPI, automation, and reporting integrations.
• Experience with Asana or a similar task management system.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring campaigns are launched on time and at the highest standard.
• Partner with leadership to define digital marketing strategy, channel mix, and budget allocation across campaigns.
• Oversee creative briefing and ensure alignment of brand messaging, positioning, and funnel strategy across paid media.
