We’re seeking a Head of Digital Web and Marketplace to spearhead our digital strategy and deliver scalable, partner-driven commerce experiences. Digital platforms—powering cloud growth, enhancing partner ecosystems, and enabling seamless global transactions. What You'll Own: • Develop and execute a future-ready digital strategy for web, cloud commerce, and marketplaces • Lead the optimisation of e-commerce platforms and partner enablement ecosystems • Drive cloud readiness and digital scalability across all platforms • Align digital initiatives to commercial goals, revenue growth, and customer experience • Build and manage relationships with marketplace vendors, technology partners, and internal stakeholders • Lead cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, digital marketing, and partner ops • Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership • Champion a ‘digital-first’ culture across the organisation. What You Bring: ✅ Proven leadership in digital commerce, marketplace or SaaS/cloud platform environments ✅ Expertise in ecommerce operations, APIs, cloud platforms, and partner ecosystems ✅ Track record of scaling digital business models in a value-added cybersecurity distribution or B2B environment ✅ Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience ✅ Data-driven decision-making and a passion for digital performance metrics ✅ Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and commercial stakeholders Please send your CVs to shikha@careerwise.com
