Position Summary
We have an invitation waiting for an experienced Head of Direct to Consumer. The Head of Direct-to-Consumer, will oversee all aspects of our DTC operations, including e-commerce strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and overall brand experience. This leadership role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of the digital retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive DTC strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and expand market share.
• E-commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience that aligns with brand standards.
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to attract new customers while fostering loyalty among existing ones. Utilize CRM tools to monitor customer journeys and optimize touchpoints.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing DTC team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data, website traffic, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on DTC objectives and initiatives.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the DTC budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Market Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within the retail or fashion industry.
• Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical Aptitude: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: Deep commitment to understanding and enhancing the customer journey, with a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences.
