Rocketo is an early-stage London-based brand of air-dried dog food catering to pet parents who care about the best ingredients for their pets, without the compromise on convenience. Rocketo is focused on scaling in the UK market focusing primarily on the DTC channel. The company is uniquely positioned to capture the growth in the pet food sector and is building a sustainable growth engine to achieve that. You will be joining a dynamic, fast-pace team committed to improving the nutrition of pets in the UK and across the world.
Role Description
We are looking for a fast-paced, hands-on entrepreneurial individual to take ownership of our DTC Growth on a 6M FTC as a maternity cover for our current HoG. You will be joining a small team looking to make a big impact. You would own the website, CRO, performance marketing and retention in a quest of finding the most sustainable way of expanding our mission to more customers. Reporting to the CEO you will set the roadmap for growth strategy implementation, including rigorous testing across focus channels. While the role is remote first, we believe in the power of in-person collaboration so will be looking to work together from a London office on a periodic basis.
Responsibilities
β’ Leading Rocketoβs growth marketing, retention and CRM strategy
β’ Managing performance marketing spend, forecasting, budgeting and reporting
β’ Creating strategies for building brand awareness, driving acquisition and best-in-class retention strategies.
β’ Creating and managing effective paid content creation process via UGC/internal shoots
β’ Managing the website and driving sprints with the developer to constantly improve CRO
β’ Delivering customer insight such as surveys and regular customer feedback.
β’ Developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue
β’ Consistently testing and improving email campaigns
β’ Managing external agency and/or freelancers as required
Ideal Qualifications
β’ Proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies
β’ 5+ years in e-commerce/DTC/tech
β’ Broad experience across performance marketing
β’ Experienced in managing budgets strategically, owning reporting and attribution models
β’ Experience leading a DTC site, working with / managing design sprints
β’ Entrepreneurial spirit, passion for innovation and ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment
β’ Excellent analytical and project-management skills
β’ Strong communication and presentation skills
